I have been calling every heating company that I could find to come and fix my furnace as I have no heat and small children. I called these guys and they didn't hesitate to come and resolve my heating problem. The gentleman who came to our house was very polite and knowledgeable. Had to call for a service call Jerry came out and inspected the furnace our luck we need a new one. Jerry was very professional and very timely on the appointment going to make sure we can get him to do the install on the new one Great Customer Service!!!!

I have several filter from others & Overall not that impressed. I have a small house 1050 sq.ft. & I purchased the 4000 series so that I would get the most benefit. Not sure what the other reviewer is referring to I had a great experience with them and they were nice and very helpful. You shouldn't judge a company by one person that probably doesn't work there anymore.

My furnace motor went the other day, and I called Dyand Mechanical as they had originally installed the furnace. They had someone out and the motor replaced, within a couple hours of me calling them. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family in the future.
