In the fall of 2011, Berdan Paving prepared and completed a raised above-grade parking space alongside our carport / garage, in a space from which I had just removed a tree. The space was used successfully over the winter, and in the summer of 2012, we asked them to come back and pave the space. Pricing was excellent - we ended up paving not only the new space, but the main driveway as well. Berdan Paving coordinated with the municipal engineering office, as well as helping to verify the location of lot lines to ensure that there would be no encroachment issues with our neighbours. The crew was excellent - hard working and polite. All was cleaned up at the end of the job. A year later and the driveway still looks brand new. Top marks! Lire plus

Only good things to report here. Dropped vehicle off and told them the problems. They told me to come back and pick it up at 5. Came back everything was done including complimentary cleaning! The price was almost a hundred bucks under what was quoted. No complaints. I'll be back. Lire plus
