found a pipe leaking underneath the bathroom sink early in the morning, turned off the shut off valve, called a friend to fix it and still continue to leak. called Encore told the receptionist my problem and was very receptive to my problem. Booked an appt. to come and Dostin came to fix the pipe. He was very professional and pleasant ,job well done .And fix ,placed the pipe the way where it's supposed to be..will definitely call them again. What can I say, every member of the team was so helpful and patient.Calls were returned so promptly that it took my by surprise. My husband recently passed away and I needed to switch from electric heating to gas in my new home.To complicate things, gas had to be brought in from the main line to the house.
