Dogtopia Of Bloor West Village

My dog loves it here, we love it here. It’s so helpful to be able to know I can run a few errands after work and still pick her up on time, and I’m not worried about how long she’s been home alone. She comes home perfectly worn out and I can see on the webcams how much fun she has all day. Staff has always been incredibly helpful and friendly. Couldn’t recommend this place more highly.

I took my dog here thinking it would be close to home and convenient. It was the worst decision of my life. The groomer was very aggressive with me, pointing out all the things I do wrong with my pup. She never asked me about what I do for my dog or how I take care of him. It was a one-way conversation. I felt undermined and attacked.It was awful! I complained to the manager who really didnt seem to care. The manager did nothing about it. All she cared about was her staff, not the customer.

My dog loves going to Dogtopia. She starts to drag me down the street when we get close to the building. Great location, awesome staff! Everyone was super friendly and they love my dog there.

My first time calling, and I wanted to find out some information comma comma I was asked for my email address and then placed on hold for over 15 minutes... When I tried to call back, I would go to a voicemail that was not even initiated yet... I get it! You are new and you must be busy but I could be a potential client and you're not making a very good first impression... It seems like all these big operations seem to lock a very small thing, customer service...
