My first and last time dealing with this company. Roller Blinds were ordered and paid for over the phone without going to the store. Blinds were requested to be 69x72 custom cut blind.Drove 40 mins each way to pick up blinds and had a paid contractor installing and finishing in the room I was setting them up in.
Blinds were cut incorrectly by a full inch and did not fit the inside mount. This company refused to deliver a replacement. Did not offer anything for my lost time and money, did not a
Poor Initial Installation, poor customer service when trying to rectify the errors in the installation (got hung up on), took 6 month's to get shutters properly installed.
Initial installation issues
- Corners not lining up (big gaps)
- Shutter doors not flush with the frames
- Sticky opening and closing due to improper installation
- Screw marks on all of the frames from installation.
- One part of one of the frames was cracked
2nd installer was much better 6 month's later.
I only wish I could give them no stars! I took my blind to have repaired,they never told me they would charge me a fee, the blind has a 10 yrs warranty on it. Picked it up, was kind of upset, cause they put a new cord on it, not even the same quality has before. tried to install it and they and installed the new parts on the wrong side of the blinds, so the room darkener was on the inside of the room.Called them and they said to bring it back in they would fix it,Not good service, by staff/owner
