PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE! Worst place to spend your hard earned money. Bought a sofa less then a year ago, I was told warranty is 1 year. Less then 9 months in the sofa cushion tears along a seam. I call and speak with 2 staff members that are in capable of passing on a message to Sara (the manager) in regards to a simple tear. Go through a month of back and forth with Sara to be told in the end that it's a wear and tear issue and I would have to pay to fix it. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Avoid this place, customer service is terrible, when you tried to call them about issues. Furniture is scratched. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Worst place to buy your furniture. Not reliable. Staff doesn't know how to talk to customers after they placed the order. Delivery is just as worse. I would never recommend this place any of my friends or family

Bought a couch and after 6 money a seem split tried to call them 2 switches weeks now answer went there the person who can help is not there. one of the man then aggressively walks up to me and just about shouts at me why didn't you call. 2 other guys walk up and try to look intimidating. I look the guy right in the eye and raise my voice a little I have being trying to call for 2 weeks at witch point all 3 back off.This place should be shut down.
