I have tried calling this company several times........they do not answer!
I ordered a ring in Feb 2017, and it is now August 2017..... and after writing,
complaining that I still have not received the item, which is paid for. I cannot contact them. This is the last item I will ever order from Bradford Exchange!
Nothing but problems...ordered for Christmas on November 25 and they kept telling me they were waiting for payment when they already had it!!! Finally got it straightened around on December 1st and now my gift wont be shipped out until January 13!!!!! I will NEVER order from this company again!!!
was was i sent an order at early feb .i received an email thi sasying it was comfirmed and i havent heard anything sinsce.i live in ingersoll. how long does it take. i was going to order more this each time tis was paid but i dont think i will now ,this has been a very trying time to get through to you
