worst restraunt ever

i agree with penny the managers swear within a ear shot of the customers and when there are children around. the food that i orded took like 45 mins to arrive and our server didnt even apoligize to us.

HORRIBLE

i had the worst service at montana's kitchener, my server was and we were ignored pretty much the whole time. she didn't bring us our food or even our drinks other servers were doing it for her!! i understand when some servers are busy but you should give her a big section if she can't handle it. also on my way to the bathroom i heard someone swearing.. turns out it was a manager i couldn't believe a manager was swearing behind the bar. the cold was cold and the service was disgusting i will NEVER go back to this location.

Worst service we ever had!

I have to say we love Montana's but this location is one we will not go to again. We got to the restaurant when there wasn't a big wait. As we were waiting for our table to get ready another family came in and was seated before us. Not too impressed but we could wait a bit longer. When we got seated, the seats had all salt on them and had water droplets. I wanted to wipe them off but there was no napkin so I used my own kleenex. After seating down and asking for cutlery and napkins, we place our order. We waited 1 hour before we got our food!!! We have 2 little kids and it was not much fun for them at all!!! When we received our food, I again had to ask for napkins and cutlery. The fries were cold and the baked potato was cold. Not too much fun. Every time my husband asked for coffee, another pot had to be made. Overall we were NOT impressed and will not go back to this location or recommend it.

A great meal will come back soon

My husband had a coupon for a free appetizer so we decided to go during the all you can eat rib event and it was excellent. My free appetizer was the spinach dip with nachos and pita bread valued at 8.99 and it was plenty for 1 or 2. The large cobb salad was soooooooooo big I had to take some home with me. My husband had the all you can eat ribs and he said they were fnatastic. The food took a little long to come in the beginning but then seemed to speed up when they brought some more ribs. Sarah our waitress was fantastic and should get a standing ovation for a job well done, if you go ask to be seated in her section as she is one of the best waitresses we have ever had. The only complaint we have is that the air conditioning was on full balst and we were quite cold, yes it was really warm outside but still the air could have been turned up a few degrees warmer. All in all a great meal and we will be back soon maybe this weekend.

We had called the day before to reserve a table...

We had called the day before to reserve a table for 5 for my daughter's 24th birthday. When we arrived the restaurant had no knowledge of this reservation but we were able to get a seat anyway. It took us one hour to get our meals. When our food did arrive the fries were cold and I asked for new ones but then changed my mind as I did not want to wait longer. Instead, I chose not to eat them. I had asked for the staff to sing Happy Birthday to my daughter, they said no problem. We waited and at no time did any of the staff come by to do so. When it was all said and done we got our bill but no one acknowledged her birthday. It was so disappointing. I spoke to the manager who gave us $5.00 (yep, that says five dollars! )off for all of our trouble and apologized for the lack of communication on all accounts (no reservation recorded, not singing Happy Birthday, and cold fries). So, needless to say we will not be dining there again. An EXTREMELY disappointing experience!!
