I have to agree with the below review. You get bearly any food for your money. My husband ordered fish and chips, the fish was so overly battered and the pile of fries did not even cover the plate. I got a large ceasar salad that was the size of a small for around $8.00. We will not ever return, do not know what people say it's a good restaurant!

Terrible value for the money.

Spent $45 for our meal. Could they put any less food on the plates??? Unreal! First, my daughter ordered chicken fingers and fries $5.99...did not include the pop. 2 small chicken fingers and 11 fries on the plate. I had a half portion of fish and chips...$8.99. I asked for salad instead of fries...sure no problem I was told...fish was small, coleslaw lacked any flavour and the salad was a tiny pile on the plate (pathetic amount). Worse part was when I got my bill I realized that they actually had the nerve to charge me an additional $2 for the privelidge of them taking away the fries and giving me a measly portion of salad. How does that make any sense? While paying I mentioned to the waitress (service was pretty good...that I will say) that I thought the value was just awful...she said..."well the cost of food has really gone up over the last while, the plates are portion controlled...and the child's portions are really meant for children under 7..." Hmmmm, apparently so are the adult meals. We will NEVER go back.

This place has absolutely no character and the wait staff are awful. It has no class and the food wasn't very good either. With so many quaint and unique places in Fergus and Elora, I'm not sure why anyone would go here.

Amazing, this is a notch up from most Pub & Grills. A different menu and very little over battered deep fried things! I was shocked to read a review of someone NOT enjoying the fish and chips, it was by far the best I've had (yes I have been to all eastren provinces)... it was cooked to perfect golden, just a nice crisp layer of batter wit a beautiful hint of vinager and ale!! Honestly, everything we had was greatly enjoyed and all four of us look foward to our nrext visit, we've already planned a return with a party double the size! The Bloddy Caesar was outstanding...yummy!
