CDC Computers

Took in a laptop with an intermittent charging issue that a competitor (Mission) declared as unrepairable. Fortunately, I did not find their technical explanation particularly convincing. CDC staff had the presence of mind to check the adaptor and cable FIRST. $34 and 90 SECONDS later my laptop was good as new. Pleasure to deal with.

Extremely knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant staff, as well as very reasonable cost! Did not try to "up-sell", also, which encourages trust and confidence in their business.

Not only did CDC bend over backwards to give me the deal I was looking for on a high-end work + gaming computer but threw in the wireless keyboard and mouse I was wanting without me even having to ask for it. Their staff are willing to take the time to talk it over with you, and answer your questions without making you feel like a number or face in the crowd like so many other places. CDC now has 100% of my business and more importantly my highest recommendation.

I bought a brand new laptop and frankly, I don't know how to install stuff in my laptop but they put everything that I need and now the laptop is still good and going. Thanks
