i was sent to DR Cheung for consult on a tight immovable lump that ultrasound showed to be enlarged lymph node. thinking he would actually be biopsying the lymph node, I trusted the results. however, his pathology report cited removal of a lipoma (fat tumour). I asked about the lymph node and he removed none. I continue to experience tenderness in the site a year postop, fatigue, and now have increasing frequency of blood in stool. wish he'd have biopsied the lymph node, but he had no such plan.
