Aligo Rent A Car

It is always a wonderful experience to rent a car with Aligo. Everyone working there is so nice, kind, helpful, happy. I have been renting for a year, on every week. I moved out of Richmond, and i still rent with them . GREAT SERVICE specially Sophia or Sofia, the colorful lady. She was the one who motivated me to stay with Aligo, by her kindness and professionnalism. Thank you for each employee. The cars are awesome, clean and chic. I feel like i made new friends in Aligo. BEST EVER !!!!!!!!!

My wife and I needed to make a sudden trip and went to Aligo for the first time. After the experience we had, we will skip the larger rental car companies and only use Aligo. Ali was most helpful, found us discounts, and upgraded our car to a new SUV with proper tires for driving a mountain pass. The car was great, the final bill was less than expected, we were also given permission to return the vehicle well past the deadline return time. Today we made a special trip to Aligo just to say thanks

Réservation cancel few days before without ever informing me of the cancellation. I have a reservation about 4 month before, and Aligo cancelled my reservation and when i called few days before to check that everything was fine for pickup, they informed me the reservation had been cancelled (by them) and they did not contacted me. They did not offered any solution i had to book car with another company ( much more expensive) because of the last minutes booking. Terrible service
