Cascadia kickboxing is the best place to go for your workout! The instructors are professional, helpful and tons of fun! Not to mention the atmospher is very inviting. ?

I thoroughly enjoy the kickboxing skills class at Cascadia! It's whipping me into shape for my upcoming wedding in October 2017. The instructors are awesome and are very friendly ! I highly recommend joining this martial arts school for one of their many programs they have to offer.
