Lo-Cost Propane

We have been with Lo-cost for 5 years now. When you call to have fuel delivered, they ask what your tank is at and and if they feel you have enough they just never show up..until you run out. Where they then tell you to hook up your bbq tank until they find time to make it out. So after year 4 of running out of propane in the middle of winter, and terrible customer service...we are switching to a different company. I do not recommend this service.

Very poor service...

Very poor service I ended up leaving with out propane and going to CO-OP where they have service.
