Just went in for a couple of filters but left with a lot more knowledge about my tub. I got to talking about my tub with Graham and he had a bunch of little tricks that would prolong the life of the tub and lid. Thanks again Graham and I'm glad to see you guys back on my side of town again.
We ordered a new hot tub cover in October, and paid for it in full at that time. We were told we would be able to pick it up in 3-5 weeks. After being given the runaround for OVER 6 MONTHS, we finally just lodged a merchant complaint through the credit card company to recover our money.
Delays are one thing, but to hold nearly $700 of someone's money without any guarantee of ever getting a product, and then to not return phone calls? Completely unacceptable!
Order hot tub lid on November 4, 2016. Contacted many times for updates and always told a few more weeks. January 25 the wrong lid is given. Returned lid on January 27 and owner refused to take the lid back. Owner refused to speak to me and refused to put in writing that if the correct lid was not here by February 3, 2017 that we could return the incorrect lid and get a refund.
