I called the dealership to arrange for my son’s car which had been sitting for over 18 months to get road worthy. I spoke with Angela and April and both ladies were exceptional in their service and their knowledge. The technician went above and beyond and the invoice was bang on what I was told. I have no trouble finding someone to help me when I need it and that is important. Prices are good as well. I shop at the Orillia store a lot although not so much for groceries, but pet food and household items.

My car got stuck in a ditch in the winter. I didn't have to wait long until they arrived. The service was professional and friendly. As a mom with two young kids, it was very reassuring especially in a situation like this. I will definitely call them again next time!

Vehicle broke down in Barrie on a Friday morning when I arrived from out of town. My parents and spouse had used Marshall's in the past and were satisfied with the service so I contacted their office and explained my situation. I run a small business up north therefore had to be back on Sunday. They asked if I could bring the vehicle in right away and leave it with them. They had already started pricing parts before I arrived to expedite the repair process. Within 2 hours I received a call to advise that my truck was ready for pick up. My bill was fair and reasonable for the parts and labour completed on very short notice. I would recommend this company to anyone.
