I had a grad to go to and I went into ultracuts to get my hair dyed and cut and I left with two centimetre chunks cut all around my head from "thinning" it. Nice east Indian woman but another hairdresser told me she probably didn't know what she was doing and it was the wrong way of doing it now I can only wear my hair down or in a ponytail I like to braid my hair and now I can't I'm very upset and when I went back the woman tried to blame it on me and took no responsibility whatsoever

nice people. great prices. this is my usual hair saloon n they always get it right. though the price of a hair cut went up still a good price.

Ask for an inch and they make take a mile

The hairdresser was a nice lady, however she cut over 6 inches of my hair off after I had specifically showed and requested an inch and a half. This resulted in me leaving the place with half a haircut in tears hoping I could fix it myself. I am not saying don't go there, I am only saying that you need to be very very very clear on what is an acceptable amount of hair to cut and perhaps get someone to watch while they are cutting it if you are worried about length. I went in with waist length beautiful hair and left with one side reaching below by shoulders. I was offered the hair cut free of charge but 20 bucks doesn't exactly replace years of hair growth. Left money anyway and cried all the way home and every time I looked in the mirror following. 2 days later I am finally adjusting, it seriously stressed me out , I cut the rest my self and I know the stylist was sorry, but sorry won't give me back my hair or erase the serious stress caused by an unwanted hackjob. Hopefully she learned the lesson to listen more closely to what the customer asks for or at the very least ask before making such a drastic change to the agreed upon trim.
