    Awesome!!

    Our home is approx 50yrs. old & we knew when we purchased 9yrs. ago the chimney would need to be replaced. We had it patched 7yrs. ago but finally had it rebuilt. Richard & his crew were so professional. The brick matches perfectly! They protected our lawn, air conditioner and driveway. When they were finished you couldn't even tell anyone was here as the clean up was so thorough. The price was also very reasonable. This is a company that truly cares about their customers and the quality of their work. I highly recommend E & R Schwarz Masonry Ltd.

    Excellent Job

    We cannot say enough about how fantastic our experience with Richard and his team have been throughout the course of the work they did. From our initial phone call the communications (confirming appointment / requirements / explanation of what was being done and why), level of service (punctual / fixing unforeseen issues / cleaning up the job site) and overall quality of work were second to none. There is always a certain level of trepidation when hiring contractors, especially when working on your home, but we would highly recommend this company and you should be confident in knowing that if you do they will go above and beyond to get the job done. Thanks. Excellent job from start to finish.

    From our first contact to request a quote to completion of the project, every person within the company exhibited the highest level of professionalism, courtesy and customer service. The company practices what they preach - quality of work, people, product and customer service. If we had not taken photographs to show before and after - you would not know they had been working in the area. The quality of the finished project is without question of the highest standard imaginable. We would highly recommend this company and the people to any customer needing masonry work to be done.

    Highly recommended!!!

    Starting with the estimate and ending with the completed work, we were thrilled with E&R Schwarz. We had both of our chimneys re-done as well as a brick pier at the front of our house and they now look fantastic. Richard and his crew were very professional and their workmanship was superb. As an engineer, I was especially pleased to see the great attention to detail in the work. Thanks for the great work.
