Why are you not serving bread and butter???? BRING BACK the bread and butter.! The service and food are excellent

The fish is light, not greasy. The fish is fresh. The chips are made there, and are fresh. Lots of choice. Halibut, Haddock, Cod, or other foods like burgers, which my companion enjoyed. Desserts can be key lime pie to deep-fried mars bars. I like the trifle. The desserts go quickly as they are home-made daily. I can only eat fish and chips from here. Fish and chips anywhere else is a disappointment.

Don't go there !!!!

There are many fish and chip places in Toronto way better than his place - why spend your money and be treated shamefully in return ? My husband and I went at the recommendation of a friend - we entered the restaurant at 3 pm; the place was almost empty except for the booths which were all full. We asked if we might have one of the larger tables (all vacant !) in stead of the tiny ones for 2 since we had some paperwork to go over while having a late lunch. We were shocked to see how this request apparently presented a huge problem - and we were ultimately denied "as it might be a bit early yet to give away the larger table s ........" !!. We went on to experience sourly and unpleasant service . We were the only ones there of ethnic origin - were we being sent a message I wonder ? not worth mulling over.......".I'm jus sayin".........don't go there. Why bother ! So many other places to chose from.

Need Service Improvement

The quality and quantity of fish is great no doubt; but for me looking for value adds, there was none but a smile from one of the bar tender girls -- thats it!! The old grumpy lady that served us - she was like a robot, no warmth in her actions- so that is the unwanted part. Other - the resturant is cozy so nice for close-up dinners with your significant other BUT there was a sense of uncleanliness -- PEOPLE ask them to pay attention to detail. Thats just me though -- I demand the best and there are rewards that are attached if you catch my drift Businessman Toronto Area

Excellant Fish and Chips

My wife and I went to this place a couple of days back. Excellant Fich and Chips. Big portion of fish, juicy, tasty fish. Very friendly, charming waitress who seems to know about different orders of fish, which was very helpful to us to choose the order. We went there as recommended by some friends. Will go again. We live in Oak Ridges in Richmond Hill, yet its worth the trip to go there for their Fish & Chips.
