The food arrived in good time but the fettuccine sauce was tasteless. The beef was substituted with chicken in the stir fry but the waitress had rushed off without explanation. After tracking her down, her comment was, and I quote, "We ran out of beef and I made an executive decision and gave you chicken.Its very good and I think you will like it".GIVE ME A BREAK. I sent it back and had the roast beef. Not great. There is obviously a management problem here.
food was good, service was great! all the waitresses were very beautiful. our server steph was very happy and we all loved her. the hostess was really pretty too. we'll definately be back!
After waiting almost an hour and getting the wrong food we left for a better establishment. I have no idea how this resturant is able to operate with the poor service we recieved.
I visited Red Rock early summer and was served moldy bread, I was understanding, things happen. I visited again months later and we waited over 2 hours!!! I was sure I would never return, last week the people we were with wanted to eat there so I went along, it was a busy saturday and I was sure I would be disappointed but I wasn't, the service and food were awesome and I enjoyed the atmosphere and friendliness of the staff. Way to Redeem yourself Red Rock!!!
