On my very first visit to Hearing Excellence in Oakville I was very impressed the way the clinic and the equipment was professionally setup. Helen, professionally dressed, herself did the hearing test, analyzed it, explained with great patience plus treated this old man with dignity and respect. Although the hearing aids were not purchased at this location, the staff did everything possible to have my mothers aids fixed. We had made numerous calls to the location where the aids had been bought , but no one called back to see what was wrong.

Amazing place for all your hearing needs. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. I take my 10 year old Autistic son here and they are fantastic with him. They even have Saturday appointments and late evenings!
