mcfergusons used to be the old magic kettle which was getting dated with its décor .the food is impressive fresh fruit with my breakfast and lunch has me coming back for more . the beef dip and jus, bbq pulled pork and chicken bacon club with their huge hand cut fries are my fav.

Food was good, staff was respectful of my needs, didn't like the young guy behind the counter eating while my food is being prepared.
All in all, experience was good to great.

Went in for drinks, seemed like a decent place. Only complaint is that the music is just far too loud, but that seems common in small pubs like Peddler's.
Word of advice, if you go at night, bring cash or a credit card as they don't use their Interact machine past 10:30PM, and you'll have to use the on site private ATM, which means a high service fee to use, as well as another one to your bank. - TD Canada Trust charges as much as $3.50 per transaction for using another machine that isn't theirs.
In short, it's a good place to go if you want to get hammered and listen to live music.

Great Pub joint to sit down and hang out with friends and have a few beers. The selection is AMAZING! There's no way you wouldn't able to find at least one thing you're interested in. I always have a hard time picking from two or three items. All the sandwiches I've ever had there have been awesome. My fiancee usually orders either pastas, nachos or fajitas and has never been dissatisfied with his meals either. Staff is always prompt and polite, lovely to deal with.
My favorite lately has been the Prime Rib Sandwich with cheese. Great food!
