LOVE! with so many options for Chinese in Victoria, you can't go wrong with Sampan Express. If you are looking for table side service, linen, candle light, may be a bottle of wine.....etc.. this would NOT be the place for you . They aren't the best but hey.... for around 10 bucks a head you get a decent meal , I had a 3 items combo from their hot table for just $9.25 + tax. my girlfriend Linda had a wonton soup......best wonton.....said Linda. I sat down just to expect the normal McDonald's experience but the food I got was above all kinds of McDonald's here I was served my 6 McNuggets but there was 7. I almost cried from the generosity of the staff on work 10/10 McDonald's you did it again, will come back for seconds and even thirds. Lire plus
