Well first I would like to thank Jake and Mike for an amazing experience with my car issues. I called and spoke with Jake and he was made me feel confident that I called the right place and proved me RIGHT! Jake kept me in the loop of the issues with my car and kept it simple. LADIES, I would highly recommend you to call them and experience the same type of service that I did. I was 2 wks without a car and it took them 2 days to get it back to me! :-) Thank you Jake & Mike

I was very pleased we the friendly and helpful reception upon arrival at this business. My problem was taken care off very quickly and I felt as though the staff was glad to be able to assist me. All I needed was to have my wheels re- torqued and they did it quickly and at no charge. I told them I didn’t live in the area and likely wouldn’t need their service again, but they still treated me like I was their best customer. These people know what good customer service is all about.

Excellent customer services. Very pleased with the experience. This is certainly not a mechanic that is there to take advantage of peoples lack of knowledge. Helpful and friendly, Firth is now the mechanic I will go to for all my car repair needs.
