My family and I recently had to make a decision to purchase a new furnace for our home. After a small amount of research it was clear to us who we would hire to install the new furnace. Reliant Climate (Brantford): We had an absolutely exceptional service experience with Reliant Climate. We had fireplaces and a furnace assessment required after purchasing a 20+-year old home. Craig and Jacob (Brantford office) arrived and exceeded all expectations beyond belief. They were courteous, professional and not only repaired everything, but also set us up with 'user training' to help us maintain safely. 5 Stars all the way!

Incredibly helpful people who followed through quickly to schedule an installation. They know their products and provided us with valuable information. We had a new hot water heater installed today by Hearth and Home from Brantford ...... we had heard that they were a great company but didn't think they'd service Burlington.
We were pleased to say they did come to Burlington and installed our new unit quickly and efficiently . They removed the old unit and cleaned up behind them themselves.
The technicians were very professional and informative and we certainly would use them again ... excellent job !
