Dale and his crew came out to our place a few times in Warren to give a quote and answer all our questions about putting in a furnace, air conditioner and ductwork. They were courteous and conducted themselves professionally. They were able to handle any problems that came up and met if not exceeded expectations. Everything was installed to our satisfaction and they came in on budget.

I had my vents and furnace cleaned with 5 star. Amazing job. Randy showed me before and after pictures - night and day. My furnace has never looked cleaner. My vents are as clean as can be. Very helpful advise on maintenance. I will be using them again for my regular vent and furnace cleaning from now. You will get what you paid for and more.

I had one of your dealers install a 98% modulating furnace on January 5/ 2009 . We have enjoyed the added comfort to our rec room area and can barely notice when it is running.
Or gas bill has dropped by at least 30% and bellieve that our hydro consumtion has been reduced as well.

We had a major leak in our main water pipe just below the foundation. We called Howell Mechanical and they assessed the break and arranged to have a technician come. The technician was thoroughly professionaland worked quickly to fix the problem. The work was completed in one day and we would not hesitate to call them again. The rates were very reasonable.

HWT was replaced yesterday (Dec 15) by a great technician named Paul. He was courteous, friendly, professional and tidy. He answered all my questions and made a suggestion for a future repair which I will have completed by Balcean & Sons. Thanks Paul!!
It's been 15 years since my original HWT was installed by Balcean (yes, Oct 2005...I have the receipt) and the quality of work and customer service is still the same...TOP NOTCH!
