Great guys. Jason and his brother really know what theyre doing and are extremely helpful. I was able to tell them that I just wanted my car to be fixed so that it was presentable but not a lot of new parts etc. They were more than accommodating.

I got the best service today and it was free! I was today by another mechanic that I need to change my rear brake and quoted a high price for just labour. Called master mechanic to book an appointment to change my brakes. I was told that they would check it first before changing the brakes but I was sure the brakes was poor because of what I was told before at the other shop. I was called to come pick up my car and told nothing was wrong with my brakes both rear and front brakes were very good!!

Amazing service and friendly staff!! We had some car trouble with our wheel alignment and tire rod endings on our way to Guelph. Kam’s auto service fit us in last minute and the job was done by 10 am the next day!! The price was phenomenal and the best we could find anywhere!! Go to Kam’s if you need any car issues fixed !!

We saw a vehicle on kijiji that was at Concord auto. Had driven by many times over the years but never gone there. We were treated as if we were valued, repeat customers. Took the van for a road test, and made a deal suitable to both of us. The vehicle was safetied and at our door within 24 hours. Would we go back? Without hesitation. I recently went to John and his crew for a remote car starter to be installed in my 2011 Lexus RX350. I have to say John was so nice and helpful. After coordinating our schedules they were able to quickly and properly install this amazing feature to have especially during the cold winters here in Canada. John even took the time to explain and show me how to properly operate it afterwards. I’m very pleased to have had work done here and will be back for any other auto concerns if any.

The muffler on my Honda Civic broke. The Honda dealership only replaces the entire exhaust system, which is extremely expensive. After reading the reviews online, I went with True-Centre. I gave them a call and was able to get my car inspected to figure out the best fix. The mechanic came in and explained the issue and had a convenient poster on the wall to show me what had to be replaced. They fixed it on the spot. It was reasonably priced. All the staff are very friendly. Definitely recommend
