I often make my way into Brilliant Gold, most times to purchase something when birthdays or Christmas nears, sometimes just to say hi. Despite prior complaints, Kelly at the Milton location explained why customers felt they did. She also took the time to return my engagement ring to the jeweler due to defects that I didn't see. I appreciated her honesty. She was extremely helpful.
Unfortunately, Kelly is moving to Orangeville (about an hour away), but I will still go to her for maintenance on the ring. Thanks so much, Kelly!
