A nicely laid out store in the Leslie/Elgin Mills plaza, the two employees there at the time were extremely helpful. They were kind, patient with my questions, and didn't rush me into a decision. I was mulling over a certain speaker set for over 3 months! I finally committed, and they couldn't have given me a better price.
Conveniently located next to a TD, so paying cash was no problem. ;)

Outstanding friendly and professional customer service and product knowledge! I first went to BBR to visit their free turntable clinic with an old turntable that I had. The technician was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and was able to make some repairs and adjustments to my turntable. When it was finally time for an upgrade, I knew exactly where I wanted to go. Had amazing service once again, from Jack and Jamie. Not only were they great to talk to, they were also very knowledgeable. Their charming faces and attitudes were just a bonus. Definitely will keep coming here. Have gone to both the Collingwood store and the Wasaga store and will continue to go to the Wasaga location instead because the service is fantastic.

BOTTOM LINE: Tech geek's dream. This place has the best components at the lowest prices in the city , and their "customer service" is the best.
This is the only store I go to for computer equipment simply because it has the best selection of quality components at the best prices.I heard they have another location in Mississauga, but its Main location on Gerrard has been their largest and carries the most wide range of electronic products.

My husband and i had an amazing experience shopping for an engagement ring that would match my wedding band. Farhad took time to educate us about what to look for especially when shopping for diamonds. He was very helpful and patient since we really had no clue about all these things. He did everything he could so he could find a diamond that would look good with the band that we chose that was within our budget. We picked it up yesterday and i was extremely happy and satisfied.

I recently brought in my recently acquired (and used) blackberry 9000 to be fixed. The customer service was professional and helpful.
I had been promised my phone would have been fixed (the price was quoted) in 2 business days. When I called to see the status of my phone I was told it would be ready the next day. When I called the following day I was told again that my phone would be ready the next day. Yes, there can be delays in delivery of parts but I think if you commit to a time frame and you're unable to meet that deadline the least you can do is attempt to call and update me on the status. For that reason I give a 4/5.
I can't comment on the price as I have nothing else to compare it too but I will say that they kept to their initial estimate.
