The store in owned by such incredibly kind people, the type that make you feel like family when you go in. The product quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time. One can find all kinds of teas, from Wulong to Mucha, from China to Japan to Korea. I Love Saveon foods... I am 83 year old senior and i totally depend on them... just had 2 falls and and hip surgery ... Patrick the IRISMAN... was just here delivering so kind making sure i got everything i ordered... He said my name is Patrick... i looked at him and said you are an IRISHMAN HE started laughing and said yes he was... W e need more people like him.... He made and old Senior happy by being so kind...You cannot go wrong with Safeon....

This is my "Go To" grocery store. This is a great grocery store! Always stocked shelves and helpful staff. I have found the floral and deli departments to always be helpful and efficient. It is true, you must always phone the local store when sending flowers. I frequently send flowers long distance via Safeway, but always phone the local store during local business hours.

Most pharmacist at this location was polite but Esther was particularly welcoming and helpful. She helped me with all my needs and more. I have been a frequent customer at your store since it opened.
Occasionally I notice an exceptional employee (there are many) and I commend them in this space.
Today I encountered such an employee and would like to commend him to your attention. Unfortunately, I don't have his name, but he is a taller man maybe in his thirties and he appeared to be Persian.
He was working very hard in the yogourt section at around 6:OO PM. I approached him and commented on his hard work:a valuable employee!

I have to say, when I find I have Sunny as my checkout clerk I smile. He's a great guy with a (sunny) disposition. His line is always the longest and he get's his job done expertly and in good time. Shopping is not my favorite thing to do so it's nice to deal with a pleasant staff member.

When asked the location of dried fruit, the associate (a woman I was meeting for the first time) led me to the main location. She had correctly pointed me there, but accompanied me, apparently to check that her information was correct, and on the way I mentioned I was looking for a specialty product (Medjool dates). She left me before my inspection showed that the product was not on aisle 8 but then caught up with me at the friendly checkout with my desired product. Wow--upped Costco big time.
