Celebrating International Women’s Day at QBE 🌍✨ Today, we celebrate the women who inspire and lead at QBE and around the world. While we’re proud of the progress we’ve made in making QBE a more inclusive workplace, we acknowledge that there is still much work to be done. Over the past year, we’ve achieved several key milestones, including: - Equalising paternity and maternity leave across Europe, with a pledge to provide a minimum of 12 weeks of paid paternity leave in all locations by the end of 2025. - Achieving our lowest gender pay gap in the UK since reporting began, a significant step forward in our commitment to pay equity. - Strengthening our partnership with ISC Group to support and empower female leaders in insurance at all stages of their careers. - Supporting the charity Refuge UK through QBE Circle, and co organising events to raise awareness and inspire change. As we reflect on these achievements, we remain focused on continuing to #AccelerateAction, both within our organisation and beyond. #InternationalWomensDay
