  • After owning my luxury SUV for only 90 days I was backed into by a semi trailer and landed myself in need of a collision repair centre. To say I was unhappy would be a large understatement.

    Richard and his team were professional, kind and went above and beyond from the morning of my accident to the day they were able to deliver my vehicle back.

    I was incredibly concerned about paint matching among other things and demanded perfection from this team. They delivered!

    I would highly recommended CSN North.

    It is always unfortunate to be in an accident, having somebody you can trust during these times is invaluable. I would trust all recommendations they give you in the way of other aftermarket suppliers as well. (IE your 3M paint protection)

  • I recently had my vehicle serviced, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The team provided regular updates on the progress of the repairs, which kept me informed every step of the way.   • These guys are rock stars!! So impressed with the work we had done with them. Communication was fantastic, love how they text you updates.   • Wow! The customer service I experienced while having my car repaired here was first rate. I was surprised and very impressed with the texts letting me know what was happening with my car along the way, and my car looked brand new, inside and out, when I got it back. All employees I dealt with were very pleasant, especially the gal at the reception desk. Thank you all for doing such a great job!

  • The staff is just amazing and a great environment to be in after a hard time, they also had perfect communication with me the whole time my truck went into get fixed. They did a great job on the look over before installation on the new parts, pointed out a thing or two that could be fixed as well. They did such a great job!! I had another company install a heavy duty bumper and after they got the truck back to there shop they did another thorough walk around of the truck noticed they did not align the aftermarket fog lights perfectly and re aligned them. I couldn’t recommend them more, if I were to have another accident I’d go back here again and again. Thank you CSN Reddeer collision north

  • These guys go above and beyond , have been to them for two claims now. Very thorough with the stages the vehicle is in and any hold ups that come up. Did notice a small issue with paint after I picked up the vehicle, dropped by and were very willing to polish out the imperfection, and make it look 100 percent. Would recommend to anyone .
