He was available and got to do the inspection at his earliest convenience. He was very thorough and honest. Everything was good. Anton found some issues in my new house. The builder is Sorbara and such builder is sucks. This builder doesn’t want to repair unless you submit a claim to Tarion. My suggestion is keeping away from Sorbara. Lots of issues so I had to hire Anton in order to know what is going on in my house. He provided me exceptional report with pictures. If you have a PDI always hire inspector, it will save you money down the road, specially if you get home from Sorbara.
