Your stores are beautifully merchandised but you really need to concentrate on training your staff. Your main competitors have the edge on you when it comes to service.
I was the president ceo of a four hundred retail store chain in Canada and I had mystery shoppers giving me weekly reports of their experience in shopping at our stores.
I suggest you do the same. In my opinion you have beautifully merchandised stores but your staff have not been sufficiently trained to handle the consumer.
Not impressed . The old pizza maker guy is rude and he talks to you like you are dirt and he owns the store . If you ask for a extra topping he is ready to fight you even if willing to pay . Will never spend a cent at this place
I have been a loyal long time shopper there. It's convient always fresh, clean and well stocked. They went through a new branding and I did noticed the prices did go up. Tonight when I stopped in, I found out that they have returned to charging .5 cents for bags. Shame on you, I thought you were better then the loblaws chain of stores.
