Mr. Lucy By now you have seen a number of other e-mails from me with photos of the work done by your company and Frenk. Because of Frenk, and the outstanding workmanship of your talented employees, we are enjoying our new home much more then we had dreamed we would. We had many questions and many requests. Frenk was always there and with a smile. He was patient and accommodating at answering our many questions and inquiries. His accessibility went a long way to quelling our anxiety and fears that the job would get done on time and in the right way. It was done on time and in a manner exceeding our expectations. Everything worked our perfectly. Even your installers were very professional and a delight to work with. I’ve been active in the business world a long time. I know it is difficult to find great employees. That is perhaps the biggest challenge for owners and CEO’s. Well, you found yourself some exceptional employees. And we found ourselves an exceptional company. So, to you we must also say, “Thank you”. Cardinal is number one in our books. We tell everyone, “It was done by Cardinal…and we are thrilled by that company!” And, just so you know, a lot of people do ask. Now that we have a decent-looking kitchen, we are able to, and proud to, host a steady stream of friends and visitors, and a few upcoming Christmas parties. It’s delightful to be able to do so. Dear Mr. Lucy; Over the past nine months, I have spent many hours in the company of your employees in various stages of planning and implementing our kitchen renovation. This project has resulted in our “dream kitchen” and we would like to compliment Cardinal for all their efforts. Upon installation, we were greatly impressed with Mike’s knowledge and abilities. Not only did he shovel our driveway twice, but he creatively solved some minor problems and worked quickly and efficiently. Dear Mr. Lucy I am writing to you about my kitchen that was installed by your company, Cardinal Kitchens. I am sure everyone’s kitchen looks lovely when it is first installed, but I have heard horror stories from people, who used other cabinet companies, about how their kitchen over time showed just how poorly the cabinets were made, installed etc. Not so with my Cardinal kitchen! It looks as wonderful today as it did the day it was installed! The incredible team you have assembled at Cardinal Kitchens met out every need. From the design phase to the creation of our cabinets to the installation, your team was accommodating and professional. They went out of their way to make sure we were completely satisfied with everything about our Cardinal kitchen cabinetry! As with most families, the kitchen is the hub of the home. We still can’t help but get excited about showing people our kitchen. Your team not only made it far more functional than it ever had been, but also they made it look spectacular! We would like to thank you and the team at Cardinal for creating the kitchen of our dreams. When we began the process of building our home, one of the things we were most excited about designing was the kitchen. Today, after a few months of living in our home, we walk into the kitchen and bathrooms and know we are walking into our dream home. We began working with you to create our kitchen months before the final installation. As we moved through the different stages, we were impressed by your ability to deal with any questions or concerns that arose in a timely manner. You were always willing to listen to our ideas and incorporated them into the design in a way that made for an efficient and practical use of space. As we settle into our new kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room we are still appreciating the advice you gave us that has resulted in efficient storage and an attractive overall design. We also appreciated your ability to work with the other companies who had a hand in putting together the kitchen. Building a home is often a feat in coordination and it was fantastic that you were able to take some of the stress out of this busy time. As with any project of this size there were some issues along the way. We were impressed with how quickly Cardinal responded to these issues and that they were solved with a minimum of inconvenience to us and our family. We are satisfied with the cabinetry throughout the house and know that with two small children, the cabinets are of a quality that will withstand the everyday, and sometimes very creative, uses of toddlers and children. It was a sensitive job, I had to replace old "custom" cabinetry with a new design and layout. I had low ceilings and challenging space issues. I love my kitchen now! so do all my family and friends! thanks to everyone at cardinal for such a great job and for being so patient and tolerant of me!
Cardinal Kitchens does not live up to their Customer Service promise. Mistakes galore, I have been almost 2 months on my one day install. Marked floor, ceiling, wrong size counter top, wrong size cupboards, forgot to makes doors, new doors brought they were the wrong color still waiting for these. Owner came over it has been so bad. Lots of excuses and no follow up. This has been a disaster, they even pulled out my plumbing for my dishwasher after the sales person told them how to put through the floor (I found it on my kitchen table). The issues continue lets see if they ever make good. I asked the owner for a discount due to the problems and have been told my problem. My advice buy somewhere else.
