Needed warranty repair on an installed door. Mr Blais offered one time frame two days ahead of his call. When asked for another time Mr Blais defensively stated that he wouldn not make any money off the warranty repair, and that perhaps he would get back to me 2 to 3 weeks later. When asked if I should call back, Mr Blais rudely stated that I could call all wished, but that he did not have time to return calls to his clients. Mr Blais wants $for initial installs, instead of warranty repairs.
