Since starting hypnosis, I’ve noticed that I am more focused in my day to day activities. I am mindful of my eating choices. I’ve cut out coffee, sodas & snacks. I am already down a clothing size after 6 weeks. At a recent conference, instead of my usual anxieties & negative self judgements, I was able to just focus on being interested in others. I got amazing feedback & felt great after. I also relaxed during my golf game & played my best round ever. I plan to build on these great experiences.

Dr. Shawna Skryzlo, Doctor of Chiropractic - is exceptional! I began seeing Dr. Skryzlo due to lower back pain. She helped me so much that I started bringing my two children (16 & 12) to see her. I had an unexpected fall with my sunglasses which required some mending. The service was prompt and professional despite not being a client of Abbey Eye Care. While waiting I noticed they have a great selection of polarized sunglasses, many shapes and styles to choose from at reasonable prices! Will definitely be coming back for a new pair, especially since they have a spring sale on sunglasses and mine need an update!

This veterinary clinic is by far the best one we've been to in Oakville. We used to go to another clinic on Upper Middle and switched when our original vet left because we found the replacement vet was trying to push products and procedures on us. This clinic is very honest and the prices are reasonable. The vets are absolutely amazing and you can tell how much they care about the animals they look after. They also don't force anything upon you and tell you when something is only suggested, instead of saying its mandatory. They help you find the most affordable ways to treat your animal and are very accommodating.
Dr. Haines is the vet we usually see and not enough good can be said of her. HIGHLY recommend this clinic!
