Worst in used car sales. Sell pieces of junk that are covered up with temporary fixes.

We saw a vehicle on kijiji that was at Concord auto. Had driven by many times over the years but never gone there. We were treated as if we were valued, repeat customers. Took the van for a road test, and made a deal suitable to both of us. The vehicle was safetied and at our door within 24 hours. Would we go back? Without hesitation. I believe this vehicle is everything they said it is. Very courteous and friendly run business. Thank you!

Great service, felt pretty good buying a car thee

Wish negative stars was an option. I asked for the concord sales to honour a fallout of parts that happen approx 40 days of purchase. The transmission stopped working in heavy traffic. Concord rep was like Not my issue . I sent a text to confirm as used car dealer association recommended to ask for some type of agreement. Again Rep said "Your being record (...to me!) again not my issue" I notified that this is under investigation with omvic as per their shop wrote the safety to my knowledge.
