This is my second car I bought from them and I must say again the service was top notch I have never felt more comfortable buying a car anywhere THEY ARE AWESOME

The customer service was fantastic. We were there for 5+ hours while they patiently worked with us, developed a plan, and did every thing they could for us to save as much money as possible. Very straight forward, honest and I can totally respect that. You can tell it's a family business and they take pride in their business, and treating customers with respect, and actually listening to what we wanted- which is huge. We were never pushed towards something we didn't agree on.

I had issues from...

I had issues from day 1. Tires leaking air,rotors,wheel bearing bad,coolant leak & crushed rocker panels all discovered after 3 months. I contacted them many times & no response until we threatened to go public. Bob finally called & he a typical sales person. He said he could fix the wheel ,BUT he wanted to charge us "a reduced price".He is avoiding the rocker panel issue. He had the audacity to try & sell us an extended warranty at his cost of $1800.00 to have the wheel bearing replaced.

We've been buying cars from Bob Blumenthal for years. All of their cars are properly inspected and are ready to go at the time of purchase. We bought my car, my husband's car and even our university aged son's car there. We haven't ever had a problem with them at point of sale or with service. They answer our calls. What we like is that they're honest and don't over price their cars. They're priced at what they should be. No gouging- no hassle.

STAY AWAY

If you are thinking of purchasing a vehicle from Bob Blumenthal Auto, located on Sackville Drive, I strongly suggest you think otherwise. Their cars appear to be well kept used cars, they tell you they have had them checked over and just for reassurance that it's not a "perfect car" they do point out a rust spot or a scratch here or there. Therefore, you now feel you are in secure hands. Beware once you make a purchase: you will come to find your vehicle developing problems. Sure, call Bob and his associates to relay the problem and ask them to fix it it, because after all it is under warranty still. SURPRISE, they will dodge your phone calls as much as they can. If you do get a hold of them, they will "call you back"..Which they don't. When you finally call back to inquire what is going on, they accuse you of lying and making up the problems happening with your car, or better yet, tell you that you know nothing of cars, that these things are suppose to happen. This used car dealer should never be trusted. DO NOT buy from Bob Blumenthal Auto.
