I don't even want to give them one star! This place is a Sears pickup point in Selkirk. We had the item sent there for convenience. Never again! Not sure who the woman was that answers the phone and looks after the Sears stuff at the counter but holy cow is she rude. Not just once but several times on the phone and in person!
