I recently purchased some bathroom tiles from Decora. I was helped by a woman named Tara. I just wanted to comment on how amazing and friendly her service was. First, she was very kind in helping me find beautiful tiles that would fit my tight budget. There were several delays and complications in the shipment of the tiles which was a bit frustrating, and she handled the situation with such care and courtesy that it made all the difference. I have never experienced such amazing customer treatment in the home reno area. The other people at Decora whom I had little bits of interaction with also seemed very friendly. I have to say, when I find I have Sunny as my checkout clerk I smile. He's a great guy with a (sunny) disposition. His line is always the longest and he get's his job done expertly and in good time. Jackie Brown was great. She was quick, answered all of our questions, and offered advice about how we could save money now and in the future. She was very informative on the phone when we called before we went in. She was very friendly and offered to help us with contacting ICBC to see why our insurance payments were higher than the last year that we insured our motor cycle.
