It costs a bit but there's no exercise while you loose weight. It's all about maintaining your food intake and following the plan until you get to your desired goal. brought our truck in for what I thought was a leak in the rear window. most companies would have taken a look, found it wasnt the window and sent me to the next. nor-del found the leak in my 3rd break light and said if they can fix it they will, not only did they fix it but they replaced the light bulb that had shorted as well - all done in an hour. appt was given ASAP and all COVID precautions in place! thankyou!
