the food is always cold,we ordered chicken and ribs,the chicken was cold but the ribs, I will remember forever ! I could not cut them with a steak knife,they were hard,dry and the poorest excuse for ribs I ever encountered !!
Honestly, not a huge fan of Swiss Chalet anyway but this location always reminds me why. No one at the front when we arrived to seat is; apps came fast but spinach dip was runny and bland; rest of food took for ever to get to the table and real roast beef?? Bologna! Processed roast beef sandwich...disgusting. Told the waitress, she just shrugs and leaves the table! From now on if friends and family want to eat there, you eat there without me!
Bad food; slow service; no thanks!
