I thought I'd take a bunch of friends out from work in Brampton to an English style Pub. But to my dismay it was a huge dissapointment. Over rated and Over priced! Bad service and the short italian Bartender with the yankees hat, why is he whereing a hat? most likely was the owner's son, was just plain rude and arrogant. It definetly did not have that British atmosphere and the Bartender completely ruined our night out with his non-caring bad attitude! Needless to say we left early, Never again will I go here. This bar needs a make over and new staff. Do not go here...
Service was absolutely horrible. Bad attitude from this black haired waitress. I'm vegetarian and said so, ordering a veggie burger, and ended up with two strips of bacon on it. The place was not busy and there was no excuse for this complete lack of respect.
food and atmosphere average for pub. nothing special - very similar to other Firkin pubs. server very inattentive -Waitress was too busy spending all her time flirting with a group of young guys to bother to bring me my bill. had to walk over to the bar to get it after waiting 15 minutes while she was talking and laughing with the group.
